Oh no!
It was the line to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One. The midnight showing.
It's true. I'm that person. The one who is more excited about a new Harry Potter movie or book than a 6 year-old on Christmas morning! The one who actually has stood in line at midnight on more than one occasion when a new book or movie was being released.
One who goes home and reads that new book in a day. Because I can't put it down. I have to know what's going to happen!
And, I've gotta hand it to everybody who took part in this most recent of films. It was wonderful. This is the first time since the second movie that they were able to include (for the most part) what needed to be included so that the story wasn't confusing (you know, for those people who don't read the books! *gasp*)
My friend Ally and I ordered our tickets two weeks in advance and were so excited to see the movie! It's always fun when you have somebody with you who shares your enthusiasm.
There was all ready a line when we got there, but we only had to wait half an hour, as they let us into the theater at 11p.m.
We both wore our Gryffindor scarves...

So, you probably think I'm super big nerd now. The cat's outta the bag!
Oh well!
I'm going to be seeing the movie again with my brother and sister when we go back to Ohio next month... and I can't wait!
Mischief managed. :)
I haven't gotten to go to a midnight showing of an HP movie since the 5th one, I think, so I'm very jealous!
ReplyDeleteOf course, when I went to see this one I was dressed in all of my Slytherin finest, so you probably wouldn't have wanted to sit with me ;-)
