Shop Update {8th Street Bridge}

I've been working hard these past few weeks on stocking up inventory for the upcoming craft show I'm participating in. There is also a fun new section in my shop that I wanted to share with you all....

Hand-stitched felt bookmarks!

They'd make perfect end-of-year teacher appreciation gifts, don't you think? And, for only $6 a piece, you can't go wrong! :)
Stop on by my shop if you'd like to check out all of my new creations!

In other news, we had a fairly low-key weekend. Connor and I participated in the MDA Muscle Walk on Saturday morning. A friend of mine has a nephew who was recently diagnosed with Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy. It has been devastating for their family, but they've rallied together and have been supporting his cause in whatever way they can. They had 116 people participate in the walk... all in his honor!

 Next, we went to Aidan's t-ball game. He is still rather resistant to team sports and I'm thinking it may have been a bit too early to put him in t-ball. There's always next year, right?

Yesterday we had donuts for breakfast and then took a trip to Costco. Later in the evening we joined our friends for dinner at local kid's restaurant. All in all, not such a bad weekend. :)

Daddy has been out of town since Saturday afternoon.. he's on a guy's weekend. We're looking forward to seeing him tonight when he gets home from work!

Did you do anything fun this weekend?

Happy Monday, friends. :)

  1. Emily, these felt bookmarks are too sweet! You do beautiful work, and yes, they'd make great end-of-the-year teacher gifts. (This, coming from a teacher!)
